Although we all know that LED bulbs are light in weight, highly standardized and easy to load and unload, we also know that not all lighting products can easily use LED bulbs, such as street lamps, industrial and mining lights, floodlights and other high-power LED products are not suitable for LED bulbs.

Large volume, heavy weight, high cost and little change are the remarkable characteristics of modern high-power LED lamps, and the cost of aluminium products accounts for more than half of the cost of lamps, so it is listed on the market. Over the years, many companies have actively explored making high-power LED street lamps into bulbs and directly replacing traditional light sources, but there are many difficulties, our company is one of them. PHILIPS introduced a 37W LED street light bulb at the Frankfurt exhibition in 2018. It uses heat dissipation fin + thermal conductivity and high temperature LED technology, but because heat is still accumulated in the luminous chamber and can not be transferred to the outside, the power is greatly limited and the application scope is very narrow. But this promotion is of epoch-making significance. After all, the high-power bulb of street lamp has come out.
I The business critical points of our products
Our company has been committed to the research and development of light lighting products, in this direction with dozens of invention, utility model patents. Since the company started the research and development of high-power bulbs in 2014, it has mass-produced street light bulbs and other similar bulbs within 120W. The technologically advanced properties of our bulbs are as follows: (1) High temperature and high brightness LED technology, the single watt light efficiency reaches up to 150LM. Using the flip chip, high junction temperature LED semiconductor and high temperature powder gel, the normal working temperature of LED is increased from 75 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius;(2)Thermal conductivity technology, through the use of vacuum thermal conductivity Tube technology effectively transversely transfers the heat of LED; (3) Forced convection heat dissipation technology, using magnetic suspension heat dissipation fan life more than 100,000 hours; (4)Scientific and reasonable duct structure design, so that the heat accumulation in the luminous chamber of street lamps can be minimized; (5)Automatic temperature control technology, can achieve extreme power regulation. (6)High-efficiency integrated constant current source technology, which integrates more than 100 watt driving power supply on the chip PCB and inside the lamp bulb with conversion efficiency of more than 95%. (7)Automation networking control technology to realize ZIGBEE remote communication control, automatic programming internal control and other re-energy-saving technologies; (8) Regional networking IOT. Backstage centralized control. The remote control and strategy control of a city can be realized to achieve flexible and changeable energy-saving goals. (9)Simple and friendly background control platform can facilitate the convenient networking of a country, a region and a city.
Based on the above technology foundation, we have realized the mass production and actual installation of 60W, 90W, 120W intelligent LED high-power street lamps which can directly replace high-pressure sodium lamps. Because of the advantages of high standardization, strong adaptability, easy batch automation, easy installation and maintenance, and low cost, LED bulbs will surely set off an industry revolution in the market of high-power LED products.
II Global market demand
For the time being, excluding other types of high-power public lighting products, there are only about 1 billion street lamps in the world, and about 80 million street lamps in China. Globally, more than 90% of street lamps still use traditional light sources such as high and low pressure sodium lamp and halogen lamp, that is to say, nearly 900 million street lamps are still in a state of non-intelligence and high energy consumption. According to the average power of 200 W per traditional street lamp, there are still 180 million kilowatt high-energy street lamp in operation in the world. The annual power consumption of this part of street lamp is 800 billion degrees. According to the electricity cost of China, the annual power consumption cost is 600 billion RMB.
III Cooperation plan
Phase 1: Looking for partners in the production of LED products or street lighting products from different countries ,not marketers. If there is no production enterprise in the cooperative country or region, we can consider supporting the marketer to establish capacity before cooperating.
For a country, every 30 million people look for a partner and so on, and less than 30 million people only look for one partner; in domestic provinces, every 30 million people set up a partner and so on. Once these cooperative relationships are established, non-cooperative partners will cease to cooperate with each other or will not add new partners with the consent of the other.
We fully consider that in the initial stage, the other party may not have the deep-seated production and processing capacity to produce LED bulbs, which includes but is not limited to production equipment, raw material procurement, inadequate production support, inadequate technical force, inadequate financial strength, lack of confidence and other factors. We adopt direct SKD export cooperation. In this way, the partners only need a simple production process to meet the production requirements, and can use their own brand products.
Phase II: On the basis of mature cooperation in the first stage, in order to achieve a certain market size ($500,000), we will consider the second step of CKD export cooperation mode, which requires partners to have confidence and strength to increase the necessary production and testing equipment. Part of the investment in fixed assets should be controlled within 500000 dollars. The partners can purchase or purchase from China according to our requirements.
Phase III: After the second stage of cooperation reaches about US$2 million in market scale, we can further cooperate by means of capital investment, technology investment and export management. We can integrate cooperative enterprises into the group's global market chain system, that is, not only to sell to the local market, but also through the international market body we have established. It distribus and supplies the global products to the products produced by the partners.
